• REGISTER - Your credit card will be authorized for $300 to secure your bids; Please note that your card must have sufficient credit to be authorized for 25% of your purchases. If you plan on spending more than $10,000 please contact the Auctioneer prior to the auction to ensure no bidding interruption.
• BID - Submit maximum bids anytime and let the system bid for you, or follow and bid as auction items close in sequential order starting at Lot 1 at the posted closing time. Items will start closing at a rate of 4 items per minute at 11:00 am and will continue until all items are closed. Note that any item bid on within 4 minutes of the scheduled closing time will be extended an additional 4 minutes. This is an online auction, with all items available for physical inspection. While we cannot guarantee condition, you can bid with confidence.
• PAY - We will charge your credit card on file at the end of the sale for the high bid price plus a 14% buyers' premium. Sales tax will also be added to your purchases unless you are purchasing for resale and have completed and returned a resale certificate before the conclusion of the auction. For this sale, you may also notify us prior to the end of the auction if you would like to pay by cashiers check or wire transfer, which must be received by 1pm on the day following the auction.
  
  IMPORTANT NOTE: Unless you are a reseller and provide proof of your reseller status, all Monitors, TVs, Notebook & Netbook Computers purchased will be subject to an additional fee ranging from $8.00 to $25.00 depending on the size of the LCD screen. • PICKUP - Buyers are responsible to pickup their purchases from the auction site. Buyers MUST schedule their appointment time by emailing 3 distinct checkout time requests to: tasbid@tranzon.com. Appointment requests will be scheduled in the order received. POSTED CHECKOUT CLOSING TIMES ARE THE TIMES THE DOORS WILL CLOSE; PLEASE SCHEDULE YOUR REMOVAL START TIME IN CONSIDERATION OF THE NUMBER OF ITEMS YOU ARE REMOVING. APPOINTMENTS ARE SCHEDULED TO MINIMIZE WAIT TIMES NOT ELIMINATE THEM; OUR TOP PRIORITY IS TO PROTECT YOUR PURCHASES.

  If you are unable to pickup your items in accordance with these terms, please do not bid; you will not be refunded for items you are unable to remove in a timely manner.

• Registration Deposit. We will authorize your credit card for $300 as an Auction Registration deposit (*NOTE: if your card does not have at least $300 of credit, you will not be qualified to bid). This authorization will place a 3-7 day hold on these funds with your credit card company, but will not be charged unless purchases are made. Upon Buyers’ successful award of bid, Buyer shall be immediately responsible for 25% of their purchases as a non-refundable deposit. Auctioneer may charge or authorize Buyers’ credit card or make other arrangements for deposit in a cash form; however, Auctioneer’s election not to collect the 25% does not waive Buyers’ obligation to the such amount in the event of default.
• Buyer’s Premium. A 14% Buyer’s premium will be added to the price of each item you purchase.
• Payment. We will process your payment upon the close of the auction using the credit card provided. In the event the credit card is declined, Buyer will provide a replacement card or payment by Cashiers’ Check or Wire Transfer by the close of business on the day following the auction. If you suspect you purchased something and did not receive an email, please contact us asap.
• Taxes. You are responsible to pay sales tax unless you are in the business of reselling your purchases and you provide to us by fax or mail PRIOR TO THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION: (1) a copy of your resale permit and (2) a completed resale certificate. Sales tax will not be charged on titled vehicles, as it is the buyer's responsibility to pay such tax directly to the dmv, along with ANY AND ALL outstanding DMV Fees, Back Fees and/or Penalties.
• Bidding. Once you submit your bids, you can select the ‘Review Bids’ button at any time to review and increase your bids. You cannot delete a bid once it has been placed. Please confirm your bids for accuracy. You will receive outbid notices for bids placed prior to the day of the auction. On auction day, you must use the review bids function to confirm your bid status.

  Please note that we reserve the right add to, group, withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction, as well as adjust minimum bids and/or reserve prices and extend or shorten closing times.

• Representations. We make every effort to provide accurate information about the items being sold. However, you are solely responsible to confirm the accuracy of items offered for sale. We encourage you to attend inspections, as descriptions and photos are offered as a guide only. In certain cases, a photo of like product may be used to represent several different lots. Photos may also capture nearby items not listed as part of the lot. Do not rely solely on photos to make buying decisions; be sure to read descriptions. Auctioneer shall not be held responsible for such errors as posting the wrong photo for an item. When in doubt about the condition of an item, please bid accordingly. .All items are sold ‘As-Is, Where-Is’.
• Removal of Items Purchased. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE TO REMOVE PURCHASES WITHIN THE TIMEFRAMES POSTED. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PICKUP YOUR PURCHASES IN THE ALLOTTED TIMEFRAMES, DO NOT BID AT THIS AUCTION... WE DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING OR MOVING SERVICES. All purchases must be paid in full before your items will be released from the premises. You are also responsible to provide your own material handling equipment and packing supplies and to provide Auctioneer with a Certificate of Insurance. You or your pickup representative must provide the paid invoice at time of pickup.

In the event an item is unavailable at the time of pick-up, Buyer must immediately notify Auctioneer’s site representative, as well as send an email notification to Auctioneer within 24 hours. Auctioneer shall not be responsible for claims made after 24 hours. .

• Failure to Remove Purchases. In the event items are not removed in the timeframes allotted, the items purchased shall be deemed abandoned and you will lose any right, title or interest you may have acquired and the items shall revert and repossess to us without further notice to you. We will also be entitled to any costs associated with the removal, storage and reselling of your items, and any other charges, fees, and expenses we incur.
• Failure to Pay. In the event you fail to pay the entire purchase price by the payment deadline, we may retain and/or recover, the Registration Deposit as liquidated damages, as well as any losses incurred by reselling the item, including storage, removal and resale related costs.
• All Sales are Final. A successful bid at auction, whether live or online, constitutes a legally binding contract of sale. All sales are final. There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges.
