Your privacy is one of our highest priorities at Tranzon Asset Strategies. We provide this Privacy Policy to help you make an informed choice about your personal information. We desire to be open and honest at all times with you about information collected from you, how that information is used, and your rights regarding that information.

Tranzon Asset Strategies conducts live and online auctions and liquidations of personal property, business assets and real property.  To participate in any form of these transactions, you must be 18 years of age and agree to the Terms of Sale in which you are participating.

Tranzon Asset Strategies collects contact information to sign you up as a Bidder. That information is provided to us through one of several 3rd party online bidding systems, including, but not limited to:  Proxibid, Bidspotter and Maxanet. Tranzon Asset Strategies also uses the 3rd party email services of Vertical Response to collect and store customer mailing information.

Tranzon Asset Strategies needs the following information for every Bidder using one of these systems in order to bid:

  2. ‣Address

  3. ‣E-mail

  4. ‣Home Phone Number

  5. ‣Work Phone Number

  6. ‣Affirmation that you are over the age of 21

  7. ‣Credit Card Billing Address

  8. ‣And, in order to bid, Credit Card Information

  9. ‣We also collect and maintain a history of your bid and purchase activity to better customize your experience on our site and to notify you of future opportunities which match your interests.

All information provided to us is used only by Tranzon Asset Strategies for sale notification purposes or transaction management, which may include passing credit card information to a credit card transaction entity or bank as necessary to validate your card or process your purchases as a winning bidder.

We may also use your contact information to reach you regarding your transaction and/or to notify you about upcoming auctions.  You may opt out of future auction notifications.

Please note that upon registering through Proxibid and Bidspotter, you will want to review their privacy policies and learn more about how they manage and use your contact information.

Each of the systems used to collect your information uses industry standard security systems to transact and maintain your data, including the use of SSL (secure socket layer), firewalls, data encryption, user ID and passwords, hosting of networks at physically secure and network-secure facilities. Even with these extensive efforts, however, we cannot guarantee that your contact information will not be intercepted by a third party's illegal efforts.

We also have a set of corporate policies and procedures enacted to protect your information off-line. All of our users' information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, finance or a help desk representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
